Select an email type below to customise what your customers receive. Use the insert buttons to add fields - these will be automatically filled in with the correct details when the email is sent. Please contact us if you want to edit an email which hasn't been added here yet.

Please note: if you had custom email overrides added by us previously, they will not show below or be re-instated if you save or reset. Please contact us if you want to use the previous override you had set or need support.

Please note lessons can only be booked online if your account has been verified, you meet the level requirements and the booking is made more than a day in advance. If you have any questions or wish to book at shorter notice please contact us. Bookings can only be cancelled by contacting the office and all bookings are goverened by JJS Terms. Vouchers cannot be used for online bookings.
